Okay, it's been way to long since I've gotten on here and blogged. 1000 pictures later, and here I am, in the big brown comfy computer chair. I've been through my pictures a dozen times and trying to pick out the best, well it's no easy task. I'm still trying to send T pictures from Tahoe and making CD's of the tournaments for each of the girls.
Land Park Velocity started off on the right track in the Solano Sun Tan Classic (okay, not sure that's the real name, but no one can find the title for me. Ben's busy watching TV, Bianca's busy in the George room, and well the babies are quiet, so no idea where they are or what they are doing.
I spent the last two hours cleaning the upstairs. Back to the regular scheduled broadcast...
Velocity took 3rd place in the tournament. In the first game vs Walnut Creek Hot Shots, Annie surprised us all with an hard shot...and 2 huge goals. Other goals by Alexis, Cat and Madi. Velocity won 5 v 0.
Game two against the Solano Strikers was ugly. Velocity forgot to move to the ball and suffered their first loss 1 Nil.
Game three Velocity played Diablo FC Dynamite and they were on explosive from the get go. Goals made by Cat, Alexis and Hannah R. The girls played really well together, moved the ball and hey they were first to the ball again. A win 4 Nil.... and moving to play for 3rd place.
Consolation Game against Solano CyberRays. Land Park dominated the game with goals by Alexis, Hannah and Bianca. Way to go girls... 3 Nil.
