Freaky Friday Hair Style

I actually tried to snag this hair do from our friends Rose and Marie.... but as soon as I started fixing Sydney's hair she said... "Just like Anna's friends hair. Mommmmmm.... I look like Anna's friend on MY movie Freaky Friday"

Yes... you do.. The girls picked their own outfits out as well. I hope it's not gonna be 108 today.

Swimmin Summer Fun

Sydney and Peyton have been talking about Maria's pool for weeks now, they couldn't wait for Saturday. We planned a BBQ and lots of swimming. The weather was perfect, almost 100 in the shade ~lol~

The kids couldn't wait to get in the pool. The men couldn't wait to get in front of the big screen TV. John BBQ'd tri tip, hamburgers and hotdogs. There were baked potatoes, corn, salad, blueberries, strawberries and homemade icecream cookie sandwiches. Can you say YUMMIE.
Maria and I hung out with the kids lounging in the pool, the water was perfect.

Seems the world is really a small place. Ben and John actually knew each other. Ben and Tim were best friends growing up and John and Sean were best friends as well.. Oh.. and Tim and Sean are brothers... So the four of them spent a lot of years together hanging out. John and Ben had a good time catching up and talking sports.. ~rolls eyes~ Actually I was glad that Ben had a good time, or at least pretended....

Can't wait for our next Swimming and BBQ date.

TGIF - Fun in the Sun

Always the spontaneous one. I called my sister in law Andria at 10 am. Sydney took over the conversation and when she was through, we were all meeting at the park to play in the water and eat lunch. It was really all my doing... I knew Tia wouldn't be able to tell the girls no... It would be much easier to tell me that.... Peyton threw a fit and we had to call back so she could make sure that Dominic, Donovan and Devin were all meeting us at the park.

I forgot to charge my camera, so I only got a few pictures.... running downstairs to get my camera now... I need to charge it before I forget again.

Back. Sydney is crying and having a melt down because she wants me to lay on the bed and watch Sleeping Beauty. Peyton and Daddy went to Costco. The kids haven't napped at all today. Ben wanted to take the girls to see Up at the theater. I would rather take them earlier in the day.

Can you tell I let them pick what to wear. Sydney decided on pieces from different suits. Was nice because I didn't get the 'are they twins questions I usually get'

Here are a few pictures. I'm waiting for Andria to get me the others. We took a bunch between the two of us... and her handy dandy camera. I changed her ISO on her camera... Hopefully the pictures turned out FABULOUS.

Most of the pictures I have I took before Andria and the boys got there. Can't wait to add more. Accept for these first ones... They were added last and yet they show up first. I didn't even get one with my camera of Dominic. I did get a lot of great ones of him playing in the water though.

Sydney goes first

I took Sydney and Peyton to get their first hair cuts. I didn't really want to cut much off because I love them having long hair. We can do lots of fun things with it... to bad they don't care for all the cute hair do's.

We grabbed pizza's and went to meet Sherri and Soccer Jim over at Shawn's house. While the pizza's cooked, the girls sat in the Captain's Chair.
